We specialize in fabulous fancy dress costumes, wigs, accessories, and everything you need to make your event unforgettable! From radical 80s gear to awesome 90s outfits, we’ve got you covered!

3. Ordering & Payment Party Rules

When you place an order through our Site:

• You’re making an offer to purchase which we accept when we send you an order confirmation
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal payments
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• You’re responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders

4. Shipping & Delivery Details

We work hard to get your fabulous costumes to you as quickly as possible!

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing
• We ship worldwide except for some areas in Asia and remote regions
• You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we’re confident you’ll love your costumes, we offer a hassle-free returns policy:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items
• All returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with original packaging and tags
• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number
• You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on contact lenses, bondage items, extreme costumes with perishable/custom materials, or any worn/washed/damaged items.

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith but we can’t guarantee complete accuracy
