At Snazaroo Sales, we’re all about making sure you look absolutely fabulous for your next event! While we’re confident you’ll love your 80s outfits, 90s gear, or amazing accessories, we understand that sometimes costumes might not fit quite right or meet your expectations.

That’s why we’ve created this hassle-free returns policy that’s as flexible as our stretchy spandex costumes! Read on to learn how our returns process works.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed returns form (see template below)
  5. Ship the package to our address (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange!

Copy and paste this template into an email to [email protected]:

Order Number: [Your Order Number] Name: [Your Full Name] Email: [Your Email Address] Phone: [Your Phone Number] Item(s) to return/exchange: [Product Name(s) and Quantity] Reason for return: [Please specify – size issue, damaged, wrong item, etc.] I would like to: [Exchange for different size/color OR receive a refund] I confirm that the item(s) are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Information

Prefer a different size or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
  • We’ll ship your replacement item using your original shipping method
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Contact Lenses (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Bondage items (intimate apparel category)
  • Extreme costumes that include perishable or custom materials
  • Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged item or wrong product? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right ASAP! We’ll cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

International Returns

Since we ship worldwide (except some areas in Asia and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns
  • Customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
